Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bobject Clothing is a print on demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us as soon as you receive the item, exchanges can be made within 2 weeks, therefore it is better to contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.
Refunds
Please be sure to send a refund request within 2 weeks of receiving the product. We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
