Shipping and Delivery

Shipping:

Because we are an on demand business model our designs only get printed on the products after receiving an order. Once you complete your order please expect a tracking number after the production is done and your items are shipped.

The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

 Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.

On occasion, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

  • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).

  • The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.

  • The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if you haven't received your tracking number within 7 business days, please get in touch with us so we can contact our supplier(s) and update you on the status of your order.

If you would like to receive your order faster, we recommend choosing express shipping if it was available, though it is more expensive it guarantees a faster delivery as it is sent through a courier rather than regular mail, which is the reason for the higher cost.

Keep in mind that different products usually have different suppliers, therefore the products will be shipped separately from each supplier. In the case that one supplier does not provide express shipping then the option will not be available for any of the products in the cart.

Express shipping timeframes:

Express shipping within the US: 2-3 business days.
International express shipping: 3-5 business days.

Please keep in mind that due to Covid restrictions in many countries standard shipping may take longer than usual time to arrive. We do not currently have the exact timeframes for standard shipping, however orders should not take longer than 21 working days to arrive, should it take longer please contact us so we can check up on the status of your order.
